mastershef inspired

Inspired by master shef season I wanted to try something different. Made a dill and cheese infused white sause pasta with rolled egg omlet along with green sause (garlic oil infused blanched greens sause).
Loved the taste and even my son enjoyed it.

Hello,

Hearing a lot of home made noodles, ravioli, half boiled egg that is runny, etc, a lot recently. Why not give them a try together.

Home made wheat noodles hand cut with a knife.
Ingredients:
Wheat flour required
Salt as per taste
One large egg
2tsp vegetable oil
Water required (add them slowly little at a time)

Egg bhurji

Ravioli

Noodle base made by boiling water then added chopped cabbage with salt. In a seperate vessel add a table spoon of oil, and add a cup of chopped onions, 1 spoon ginger garlic paste and salt and saute it till raw smell goes and add it to the noodle broth with some garam masala n let it simmer, then add the ravioli until half cooked and followed by noodle. Reduce the flame and let it cook. Garnish with half boiled egg and coriander leaves.

cookies

Hello soul,

Hope u are doing great this week, thoughts about trying something new have come out of you.

Made flaky butter cookies and choco chunk cookies, and they both turned out pretty well. Butter cookies got a bit burnt but tasted yumm.

In love with my OTG, need to be a bit careful about the rising weighing scale record.
